Day 15--

Today we'll be spending a bit of time going over your last test.

FIRST:

To begin, use your assignments and notes to take this short quiz
You can add to your existing test score by up to 6 points, so do the best you can on these new questions.
Treat the quiz like a test; no talking to others (but call Mr Knowles over if you have questions), no textbooks, and no websites. Use only your own assignments and notes.

Once you've finished the quiz, you can check your email for scores. Once everyone is finished with the quiz, we'll be discussing the quiz, the test, and the unit format. But until everyone is done, you'll need to stay quiet as you work on one of two class activitieis:

SECOND:
2A) IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED YOUR LAST ASSESSMENT, WORK ON THAT.
Starting Tuesday we have lunches again, which means assigned working lunches for those who haven't completed it yet. Take advantage of the time today to finish, or get closer to it. You'll find all the information you need to complete the assessment here
OR
2B)IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR LAST ASSESSMENT,
spend some class time on this in-class assignment dealing with formal and informal writing. We'll use the information you collect to talk about the decisions you'll want to make in the future.

FINALLY:
HOMEWORK
If you should finish that, you might want to get a head start on our new unit: The Age of Absolutism (your first homework assignment due on Tuesday. You can get started now)
