Day 74--

Learning Target ImageWhat will I be able to do when I've finished this lesson? How will I  accomplish this task?  How will I show that I have done this? How well will I have to do this?
I will be able to understand facts how the second Industrial Revolution played out in the United States as compared to other places.I will watch a video about the United States' experiences with regard to the Industrial Revolution.  I will add information to my assignment with notes from the movie. This is a formative assessment. It will help me understand material that I'll use in my later summative assessments.

Yesterday you made short slideshow presentations about different sections of the textbook. Today we'll see them, and see which ones are the BEST!

Listen carefully to each presentation, then make your choice for each one as directed.
Make a "Best of Shows" selection, then submit your vote.

Then, we'll watch a video about the United States' experiences with the Industrial Revolution. As you watch, pay special attention to details that were unique to the US as compared to the industrial revolution in European countries. In other words, think about this as you watch:
--> How was the Industrial Revolution in the US different than the Industrial Revolution in England and Europe?
