Day 7--

In the spirit of the Age of Exploration, today you'll be asked to explore a website with a few other students and see what you can find. 

First, find 1 or 2 other students you'd like to work with and separate into different groups.
Make sure you leave enough room around your group's area so others can easily move all the way around, and so your conversations won't distract others as you work. 



Next, open YOUR OWN COPY of today's assignment: The Slave Trade. This is a Read Only copy, so Make a Copy for yourself to work on. (NOTE: Although this is a group activity, you'll be taking your own notes and reactions. Discuss with your teammates what you find and think, but type your own answers to the questions)>

There are 3 sections of the assignment, with a wrap-up / reflection section at the end. We'll spend about 10 minutes on each section, and you'll be prompted to move along with the class as we work our way through the assignment. If we have time at the end of the class we'll have time for a whole class discussion. If we don't today, we'll do so tomorrow.
