 I will be able explain differences between civil and criminal cases in law. I will watch a movie about a trial where the guarantees in the 6th Amendment were applied to a civil case.I will take notes about the movie and discuss how the Supreme Court made its decisionThis is a formative assessment. I need to complete it carefully to provide material I will need later for my summative assessment.
