Day 57--

Learning Target ImageWhat will I be able to do when I've finished this lesson? How will I  accomplish this task?  How will I show that I have done this? How well will I have to do this?
I will be able to understand the office of the Governor as it exists in the 50 states, especially in Washington StateI will complete a worksheet that collects information from the text and a slideshow presentation.  I will turn the assignment in when I'm done.. This is a formative assessment and will help me with my summative assessments in this assessment cycle.

We had no homework last night, but today we'll move from the state legislatures to the office of governor (from the legislative branch to the executive branch) and see how the different states have created their offices that mirror the executive branch at the federal level.

Here's what you need to do:
Open a worksheet on the office of the Governor, then make a copy that you can type in.
Take notes and answer the questions as we go through a slideshow today about the office.

You have homework tonight: Due Monday, 4/29
3. Counties, Towns, etc. (24.3) pages 643-648; questions 1, 2,3,5
